1. Shipping Policy

We accept orders for delivery to addresses and P.O. boxes in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. For international orders, please refer to separate international section below.

Please note that Quiet Town does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or hotels. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Shipping costs depend on several factors - including your location and weight of the order - and will be provided on the checkout screen.

Please allow 24 hrs for your order to process. We only ship Monday-Friday. Shipping transit times tend to be 2-7 business days. If you need expedited or special services, please reach out prior to ordering to confirm we can accommodate your request.

After Quiet Town ships your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation. The Shipping Confirmation will include the shipping method for your package and a tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 24-48hrs, please check your spam folder first and then contact us here if you still did not receive it.

Quiet Town is not responsible for tracking your package once the order has been processed and has left the warehouse.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift) then you understand and accept that delivery at that address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by Quiet Town in the same way as if the goods had been delivered to you.

We do not automatically partial ship orders. If you have ordered a mix of available items and pre-order items and would like to have it partial shipped, please contact us here to see if this is possible for your order.

We cannot partial ship to two different addresses. If you need items sent to separate addresses you will need to place two different orders.

If your order is ‘Returned to Sender’ due to an address mistake by the customer or neglect to pick up from carrier, customer will be responsible for costs of re-shipping.

FOR CUSTOMERS WITH ROUTE PROTECTION PLAN:

Because you added Route's Protection Plan to your order, your package was insured from loss, damage, and theft. You can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you received from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. Their team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have!

FOR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ROUTE:

LOST/STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES

Quiet Town is not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages.

Customer must reach out to the carrier immediately before contacting us. Quiet Town will do everything they can to assist in locating your package but once the package has left the facility, shipping liability falls on the carrier.

On occasion, packages are picked up by others by mistake, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Please ship your order to a safe and reliable location.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If the merchandise is damaged upon receiving, Quiet Town must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the goods to qualify. Pictures of damaged product and packaging are required. Quiet Town will provide a return label if applicable and send a replacement order if available.

If items are defective during wear, we will do our best to fix or replace the items depending on the reason. Pictures and explanation of situation are required.

 

2. International Shipping Policy 

We will accept orders to most international destinations. We do not partial ship International orders. All orders will be shipped complete.

We have partnered with Global Shopex as our international fulfillment partner. You will check out through their portal on our site and they will provide information on the custom duties and shipping fees for your items to your country.

Once your payment clears, Quiet Town will ship your order to their global hub where they will prepare it for delivery to your door. As soon as your order ships from Global Shopex’s International Fulfillment Center, they will send you another email with a link to track your package.

Please note: If any duties and taxes are owed, and you did not choose to pre-pay them with us upon checkout, you will be responsible to pay these fees with the courier upon delivery.

Shipping times tend to be 10-14 business days, but can be longer due to customs clearance delays or holds. Quiet Town and Global Shopex are not responsible for International shipping delays. We do not accept returns for international orders.

3. Return Policy

Please head here to request a return, exchange or merchandise credit.

All Sun Shower EVA curtains (Orient and solid liners) and Custom orders are exchange only and will not be eligible for refunds. Exchange orders require an additional shipping fee.

All other returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Quiet Town accepts returns for refund on all other unused merchandise in original condition if customer contacts Quiet Town within fifteen (15) days of delivery of said items. 

Orders placed between November 24th and December 24th are eligible for an extended return/exchange window until January 15th. Final sale items are excluded. All Sun Shower curtains remain exchange only.

Customer must return package using the Quiet Town provided shipping label. Package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the label. Quiet Town reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for items sent back later than 5 days.

Item(s) must be returned in original and unused condition. Items must be free of any pet hair, stains or strong odors. Customers will be charged a flat $15 inspection/restocking fee if items don't comply with above requirements.

We do not refund original shipping costs.

Quiet Town will provide shipping labels for all unused merchandise for Exchange if returned within (15) days of delivery (U.S. only).

All returns are at the customers risk. Quiet Town is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please take care in packaging returned items. Quiet is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.

All merchandise returned without consent from Quiet Town will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

4. Product Availability and Pre-Orders

All orders placed through the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by Quiet Town. Quiet Town reserves the right to change the products listed on the Website without prior notice and/or may limit from time to time the quantity of Quiet Town products that may be ordered by a User in a single buying session. The product pages of the Website can provide you with information regarding products that are currently available.

Products that are unavailable for immediate delivery may display a “Pre-Order” or “Sold Out” notice, as applicable, on the product pages.

Pre-Order products will be available to order, but will not ship immediately. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page. These are estimated ship dates and may change slightly due to the production schedule. We will try our best to honor that date.

Once we sell through the production order, the Pre-Order date will change to reflect the next production ship date. Your order will ship at the date shown when you placed your order.

Sold Out products are either discontinued or do not have an estimated ship date yet and will be available for Pre-Order again once they do.

Quiet Town may modify or discontinue any products on the Website. If Quiet Town discontinues a product you have ordered, Quiet Town will issue a refund for any product purchased but not yet shipped.

 

5. Product Images

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products on the website as they appear in real life. There may be slight color variations due to different dye lots.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

6. Prices, Shipping Costs and Taxes

All prices shown on the Website are in U.S. Dollars. Quiet Town reserves the right to modify prices and shipping costs at any time without prior notice. The price of a product and shipping costs displayed on the Website or quoted by our customer service center at the time Quiet Town provides you with confirmation of your order will be honored.

Actual shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on the payment page before you place your order, and will also appear on the email you receive after placing the order (“Order Confirmation”, discussed below).

Please note that changes to applicable law between the date your order is placed and the date you are sent a Shipping Confirmation may result in changes to the sales tax associated with your purchase.

International customs and duty fees are not included in our prices on the Website and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. These fees will be charged separately by the carrier service and are different for every country.

 

7. Payment

Quiet Town accepts payment via all major credit cards and Paypal. When placing an order on the Website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Quiet Town, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to resolve this problem. Quiet Town will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

The amount of your purchase will be blocked on your credit card until your order is shipped. During this time, Quiet Town (or its authorized partners) will perform a credit card and anti-fraud check. By placing your order, you will be deemed to have authorized Quiet Town to perform such checks and, where Quiet Town deems necessary, to transmit or obtain information that you have provided, including your credit card number, in order to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, obtain an initial credit card authorization and authorize a particular transaction.

Thereafter, you will be sent an Order Confirmation email and your credit card will be charged the applicable purchase price. The Order Confirmation will include the product(s) you ordered, the order number, the price and your billing and shipping addresses. The Order Confirmation constitutes the acceptance of your order by Quiet Town and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.

Quiet Town is prohibited under U.S. law from making sales of its goods to individuals or companies designated on the Office of Foreign Assets Controls Specially Designated Nationals List, or to countries sanctioned by the U.S. Any such transactions will be declined.

Quiet Town takes reasonable measures - including administrative, technical, and physical measures - to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Quiet Town uses Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the data you transmit to us. Any transmission is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable. 8. Account

To place an order through the Website, you may either:

(1) register and create an online account at www.quiettownhome.com.

(2) place an order as a guest without creating an account via guest checkout.

In order to create an Account, you are required to enter a unique user ID and password, as well as provide registration information, such as your name, phone number, street address, an active e-mail address and any additional information in accordance with the registration form prompts.
